At Moon Scarves, customer’s satisfaction & happiness while shopping with us is our priority. We believe our product quality is at satisfactory level to ensure every purchases made is a positive experience to you. If you change your mind or in the event you’ve received wrong / faulty item(s), simply follow the instructions below.
Please take note – All item categorized as SALES, PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT, OFFER, CLEARANCE SALE or any such promotional activities is non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The policies covers only for the full price product purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy Term & Conditions.
We deeply sorry for any inconvenience cause to you 🙁 . You may follow below guideline for exchange / replacement process.
1. Item(s) can be return & exchange only if you found any defect, damage, faulty or wrong item receipt within 3 days upon received. We do not provide refund for faulty / wrong item(s) but only for exchange. Other than those stated above will not be accepted.
2. You must notify us within 3 days of order received via email using Contact Us link form through the website
3. When email to us, you must put subject title as "EXCHANGE FOR ORDER NO xxxxxxx". Your email must contain details such as your name, parcel number when item(s) received, reasons of exchange & prove picture that cause the exchange.
4. Item(s) must be return to us within 3 days after receiving it & we shall be expecting the return item(s) to reach us not later than 5 days after the date received.
5. The return item(s) must be CLEAN, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED in it's ORIGINAL wrapping/ packing / box with ALL TAGS ATTACHED in a manner of SELLABLE CONDITIONS.
6. Item(s) will only be exchanged upon stock availability.
7. Item(s) can only be exchanged with the same product category, size & color. It is not acceptable for any exchange reason due to color.
8. In the event stock is not available, Moon Scarves will notify you to exchange with other option that has same value.
9. You will bear the cost of delivery for return & re-sending the item(s) back to you. For re-sending purpose you have option:-
- to provide empty poslaju docket inside (you may purchase at nearby post office) while returning the item(s) to us,
- OR you may bank-in postage cost into our bank account. Please notify us either of the method you choose.

11. Exchange will only take affect once the return item(s) is safely reach us.
12. Exchange process will take between 5 - 7 working days upon return item(s) received.
Moon Scarves have rights to refuse/ reject / ignored or not entertain any exchange request if:-
a. Returned item(s) received without abiding the above instructions will not be accepted.
b. Delay in returning the item(s) to us. Please ensure you return the item(s) within 3 days of received which shall reach us not later than 5 days from the actual date of order received.
c. Return parcel is lost in transit & not reaching us accordingly.
d. If we found you bought the item from 3rd party & not directly from us
e. If we found your attempt to get exchange was done frequently due to faulty. It is a practice in Moon Scarves to do final product inspection before it's reached our customer thus, if you keep on highlighting the same issue it may trigger questionnaire on how you define as product faulty. If you are a fussy type we advised you to think properly before purchasing our product.
f. If you are impatience, insist for urgent exchange or disturbing the process by harassing us (multiple attempt) through email, call, sms or whatsapp.
g. If we found you have a bad intentions against us by leaving a vulgar / negative words, comment, feedback or response in any manner that may tarnishing Moon Scarves image or its business reputation.
Return & Refund Policy Term & Conditions.
It’s okay if you change your mind & do not want the item you've just bought. Moon Scarves offering you 100% money back guarantee*. Please follow instruction below:-
1. You must notify us within 3 days of order received via email using Contact Us link form through the website.
2. When email to us, you must put subject title as "REFUND FOR ORDER NO xxxxxxx". Your email must contain details such as your name & parcel number when item(s) received.
3. Item(s) must be return to us within 3 days after receiving it & we shall be expecting the return item(s) to reach us not later than 5 days after the date received.
4. The return item(s) must be CLEAN, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED in its ORIGINAL wrapping/ packing / box with ALL TAGS ATTACHED in a manner of SELLABLE CONDITIONS.
5. Refund is only covers the amount you've purchase (product price) excluding the postage fee or tax that you have paid earlier.
6. You will bear the cost of delivery for return item(s) to us. Please return it to :-

8. Moon Scarves will notify you via email & we will be requesting your bank account number for us to credit in the refund amount.
9. Refund process will take between 10 - 20 working days to be credited into your account upon return item(s) received by us.

b. Returned item(s) is in damage conditions & have no value in retail. Please ensure the item(s) return to us must be in good conditions.
