By adding word "Signature" to square scarf or shawl is referring to unique shape of our scarves that became the main identity of our product & branding images. This unique shape is one of it's kind & we are the 1st who applies this to our scarves.
These unique shape is resulted from a special cutting technic which is an authentic designed by Moon Scarves that we name it as "Moon Signature Cut". This signature cut is a technic which combining classic rectangular edges & modern round edges in 1 scarf.
Our Shawl & Scarves is the 1st hybrid scarves in Malaysia that is using this cutting design which easily give you versatile look with just 1 scarf.

For the moment we are 100% through online.
3. Do you open 24/7 (everyday)?

4. Why the colour look vary from the actual product?
We have made the best effort to display the product colour as accurate & as closest possible. However, some smart devices may display slightly different colour, estimated (+-10% ) from the actual product which is due to monitor resolution setting or capabilities of the devices. 6. Can I pay using Cash Deposit through ATM? I don’t have Online Banking.
Yes you can, but for within Malaysia only. This only for those who DO NOT have facilities such as Credit Card or Online Banking for payment transfer where ATM Cash Deposits is the only options.

8. Colour that I want is “Out of Stock” will these be re-stock?
Not all colour will be re-stock, some colours is either limited or on seasonal basis. You may keep youself updated by subscribing to our Newsletter or follow us on social media.

15. What is your delivery / shipping method?
We are using Pos Laju for within Malaysia. International shipping we are using trusted courier services.
16. How long does it takes for order to arrive?
Delivery is count from the date you receive email from us to notify order is in process. West Malaysia may takes between 2 – 3 days for the product to arrive. East Malaysia may take additional 1 - 2 days extra. International shipping can drag up to 10 working days for the product to arrive. Bare in mind :-
- Any order or purchases made on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be count from Monday.
- Any order or purchases fall on public holiday will be count from the resume working day.
17. Does the product price include postage fee?
No, the postage fee is excluded. Postage fee charges will be add-on automatically once you fill in your shipping address.
18. How much does the postage fee charge?
Postage fee is at flat rate for within Malaysia. Charges will be RM6 for West Malaysia & RM12 for East Malaysia. International shipping please refer to table rate given. If country that you stayed is not in the reference table please do contact us via Contact Us link menu.

20. When Pos Laju came to shipping address, no one is available, how?
Tracking number will be given once posted. If receipient is not available at the time Pos Laju came, please do self-pickup at the nearest Pos Laju branch. Please take note there will be NO REFUND / EXCHANGE in due to return parcel to us. Additional shipping cost will be charge to purchaser if the parcel return to us as a result of re-shipping the item(s). NO REFUND if you decided not to re-send the parcel.
21. Parcel does not arrive / lost in transit, I want refund.
Unfortunately we dont do refund for missing / un-reachable item(s) that we have delivered. Pos Laju is the one who is responsible on handling the shipping. You need to get Pos Laju to trace / locate your parcel. In worst scenario we can assist you to make a claim from POS MALAYSIA. The process of refund will take about 3 months.
22. Do you charge TAX?
No, there is no tax for any of the Moon Scarves product purchases.
