1. You must notify us within 3 days of order received via email using Contact Us link form through the website.
2. When email to us, you must put subject title as “REFUND FOR ORDER NO xxxxxxx“. Your email must contain details such as your name & parcel number when item(s) received.
3. Item(s) must be return to us within 3 days after receiving it & we shall be expecting the return item(s) to reach us not later than 5 days after the date received.
4. The return item(s) must be CLEAN, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED in its ORIGINAL wrapping/ packing / box with ALL TAGS ATTACHED in a manner of SELLABLE CONDITIONS.
5. Refund is only covers the amount you’ve purchase (product price) excluding the postage fee or tax that you have paid earlier.
6. You will bear the cost of delivery for return item(s) to us. Please return it to :-

7. Refund will only take affect once the return item(s) is safely reach us.
8. Moon Scarves will notify you via email & we will be requesting your bank account number for us to credit in the refund amount.
9. Refund process will take between 10 – 20 working days to be credited into your account upon return item(s) received by us.
Moon Scarves have rights to refuse/ reject / ignored or not entertain any refund request if:-
a. Returned item(s) received without abiding the above instructions will not be accepted.
b. Returned item(s) is in damage conditions & have no value in retail. Please ensure the item(s) return to us must be in good conditions.
c. Delay in returning the item(s) to us. Please ensure you return the item(s) within 3 days of received which shall reach us not later than 5 days from the actual date of order received.
d. Return parcel is lost in transit & not reaching us accordingly.
e. If we found you bought the item from 3rd party & not directly from us
f. If we found your attempt to get refund was done frequently. If you are a type of frequently facing “I change my mind” situation, we advised you to think properly before purchasing our product.
g. If you are impatience, insist for urgent refund or disturbing the process by harassing us (multiple attempt) through email, call, sms or whatsapp.
h. If we found you have a bad intentions against us by leaving a vulgar / negative words, comment, feedback or response in any manner that may tarnishing Moon Scarves image or its business reputation.
