16. How long does it takes for order to arrive?
Delivery is count from the date you receive email from us to notify order is in process. West Malaysia may takes between 2 – 3 days for the product to arrive. East Malaysia may take additional 1 – 2 days extra. International shipping can drag up to 10 working days for the product to arrive. Bare in mind :-
- Any order or purchases made on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be count from Monday.
- Any order or purchases fall on public holiday will be count from the resume working day.
